A dog’s nose leads to a startling discovery…
Over 20 years ago, our chief scientist, a pioneer in AI/machine learning for drug discovery, and a dog lover, watched an obscure TV show about dogs that were trained to detect cancer in urine. He asked himself… could I replicate that wonderful dog nose via AI to hunt for the chemical signature of cancer?
We assembled a team of scientists, researchers, and software engineers to create a test that could sense the chemical signature of specific types of cancer by leveraging AI.

Early Detection
In order to create an early cancer detection tool that is viable for everyday practice, it must be highly sensitive and specific. It also must be non-invasive and economically attractive. Combining all of these elements is the breakthrough of Vetabolics. We are currently testing our product in laboratories to prepare for multiple cancers.
The technology for Vetabolics is currently being used in human medicine, but we believe that it is incredibly important to extend this capability to animal health. Our founders are dog lovers at our core. We believe in extending and enhancing their lifespan and quality of life as much as possible.
